"living" solo bass - made with Ubuntu Studio

this is not necessarily a new release, but i wanted to mention where it is available, and a bit about how and why i made it. i recorded this album in February this year as part of the http://rpmchallenge.com/ . i wanted to make a recording of live solo acoustic bass tracks that represent what is possible as a soloist. the tracks were all recorded, mixed and mastered using http://ubuntustudio.org/ with software that is freely and openly available from ubuntustudio as well as KXstudio. the project is hosted at http://holstein.bandcamp.com/ for $8, or $1 per track. use the code "holstein" at check out, and you can get it for $4.
