  The Asheville Original Music Series happens every tuesday over on Market Street at the "Hole N' Da Wall". Justin Watt and I are co-hosting the series, which features a guest composer each week, as well as an open session where folks can bring music to be played, or sit-in and read other people's music.

  The 'Shane Perlowin Trio' features local guitar great Shane Perlowin along with Justin Watt on drums and me on bass. This group typically performs original material penned by Shane and myself that is further interpreted by the trio. This group explores everything from free-form group improvisation, to modernistic jazz. We have been performing and collaborating since the fall of 2010.

'Quadruplicity' features Patrick Boland on piano, Matt Rose on guitar, Byron Hedgepeth on drums, and myself on bass. This group plays an eclectic mix of reconstructed jazz standards as well as original material. We have been playing sessions and concerts together since the end of 2009.
